We also develop end-to-end quote and buy and other ancillary applications to support our wide and growing number of business classes and associated panellists. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the management team, supporting the sales, marketing, and development function working closely with product owners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities will include planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. You will be expected to design, build and maintain our social media presence, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). The role calls for the anticipation and identification of trends and insights, and the optimisation of spend and performance based on these insights. We are looking for somebody to play a leading role in brainstorming new and creative growth strategies, as well as an ability to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. The successful candidate will join our weekly devops meeting and collaborate with the journey stakeholders, contribute to landing page evolution, and help optimize user experience. In addition we are looking for strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, and a strong approach to collaboration with external agencies and other vendor partners. A key characteristic will be the ability to evaluate emerging technologies, and provide thought innovation and leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate, whilst also displaying team player qualities.
The successful candidate is likely to have a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, and ideally at least 18 months proven working experience in digital marketing, although a remarkable graduate would be considered. Demonstrable qualities in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns is preferred, together with a strong creative personality and the ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments, and solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) is called for. A working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas), and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns is essential. Finally, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, and an enthusiasm to adopt latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement are called for.
